Subsidiary Security Agreement definition

Subsidiary Security Agreement means each Subsidiary Security Agreement executed and delivered by an existing Guarantor on the Effective Date or executed and delivered by any additional Guarantor from time to time thereafter in accordance with SECTION 7.8, in each case substantially in the form of EXHIBIT 1.1(I) annexed hereto, as such Subsidiary Security Agreement may be amended, supplemented or otherwise modified from time to time, and "SUBSIDIARY SECURITY AGREEMENTS" means all such Subsidiary Security Agreements.
Subsidiary Security Agreement means the Subsidiary Security Agreement, in substantially the form attached as Exhibit Q hereto, by and among the Subsidiary Guarantors and the Agent for the benefit of the Secured Parties.
Subsidiary Security Agreement means the Security Agreement executed and delivered by an Authorized Officer of each Subsidiary of the Borrower that is not a Foreign Subsidiary pursuant to Section 7.1.7, substantially in the form of Exhibit F-3 hereto, as amended, supplemented, amended and restated or otherwise modified from time to time.

Subsidiary Security Agreement means a security agreement substantially in the form of the Subsidiary Security Agreement set forth as Exhibit G hereto executed and delivered to the Agent by each Subsidiary of the Borrower (other than Immaterial Subsidiaries), as the same may be amended, restated, modified or supplemented from time to time.
