Subsidiary Security Agreement definition

Subsidiary Security Agreement each Security Agreement made by each of the Subsidiary Guarantors (including any security agreement executed and delivered pursuant to subsection 8.17) in favor of the Administrative Agent for the benefit of the Lenders, substantially in the form of Exhibit K hereto, as the same may be amended, supplemented or otherwise modified from time to time.
Subsidiary Security Agreement means the Subsidiary Security Agreement, in substantially the form attached as Exhibit Q hereto, by and among the Subsidiary Guarantors and the Agent for the benefit of the Secured Parties.
Subsidiary Security Agreement means, collectively, each Security Agreement executed and delivered by any Subsidiary in favor of the Lender pursuant to the terms of this Agreement, in substantially the form of Exhibit L, in each case, as amended, restated, supplemented or otherwise modified from time to time.

Subsidiary Security Agreement means each Subsidiary Security Agreement executed and delivered by an existing Subsidiary Guarantor on the Closing Date or executed and delivered by any additional Subsidiary Guarantor from time to time thereafter in accordance with subsection 6.8, in each case substantially in the form of EXHIBIT XIX annexed hereto, as such Subsidiary Security Agreement may be amended, supplemented or otherwise modified from time to time, and "SUBSIDIARY SECURITY AGREEMENTS" means all such Subsidiary Security Agreements, collectively.
Subsidiary Security Agreement means the Security Agreement executed and delivered by an Authorized Officer of each Subsidiary of the Borrower that is not a Foreign Subsidiary pursuant to Section 7.1.7, substantially in the form of Exhibit F-3 hereto, as amended, supplemented, amended and restated or otherwise modified from time to time.
