Parent Guaranty definition

Parent Guaranty means the guaranty of the Parent pursuant to Section 15.

Parent Guaranty means the Guaranty Agreement executed by Parent in favor of Administrative Agent, for the benefit of the Lenders, in form and substance acceptable to Administrative Agent.

Parent Guaranty means the guaranty of the Parent set forth in Article VIII.

• Any failure by Parent to perform under the Parent Guaranty; provided that a breach by Parent of the Financial Covenants is not an Event of Default hereunder.

More Definitions of Parent Guaranty

Parent Guaranty means the Parent Guaranty made by Holdings in favor of the Administrative Agent on behalf of the Lenders, substantially in the form of Exhibit F-1.

Parent Guaranty means that certain Parent Guaranty, dated as of the Closing Date, executed by Parent in favor of Lender, as the same may be amended, restated, replaced, supplemented or otherwise modified from time to time, pursuant to which the Parent provides a limited guaranty for certain bad acts.
