Subscription Pay Television programming delivered pursuant to a schedule (predetermined by the service provider) for television viewing simultaneously with the delivery of such programming and for which the subscriber is charged a separately allocable or identifiable premium fee for the privilege of viewing such service in addition to any charges for Basic Television or other similar services.
