DTH System definition

DTH System means a television distribution system, other than SMATV, in which an audio-visual signal containing one or more channels is intended to be received directly from an earth-orbit satellite by private residential homes and other dwellings, businesses, institution or other units without the additional use of the facilities of any other Delivery System.
DTH System means the Company's direct-to-home satellite television system operating a DTH Business, as further contemplated by the Business Plan.
