Subscribed Channels means the channels from amongst the Channels subscribed/carried by the Operator, as are specifically identified by the Operator by assigning tick marks (✔) against such channels from amongst the Channels listed in Annexure A to this Agreement.

Subscribed Channels means such channel(s) from amongst the Channels which has/have been subscribed by Affiliate under this Agreement on a-la-carte basis (by assigning tick marks (✔) against such Channel(s) in Annexure C attached to this Agreement) and/or as part of Subscribed Bouquet(s).

Subscribed Channels means the channel(s) from amongst the Channels subscribed and retransmitted by the Operator through the Operator’s Platform, as are specifically identified by the Operator by assigning tick marks (√ ) against such channel(s) from amongst the listed Channels in Schedule A attached to this agreement.

Examples of Subscribed Channels in a sentence

• Upon any breach of this clause by the Operator whether actual, potential or threatened, the Operator shall be deemed to be unauthorized to retransmit the signals of the Subscribed Channels and RAJ GROUP shall be entitled to terminate this Agreement and deactivate / disconnect the supply of signals of the Subscribed Channels and take all other recourse as may be lawfully available to it.

• RAJ GROUP reserves the right at any time during the Term to remove and/or delete any Channel from the Subscribed Channels (“Removed Channel”) and the applicability of this Agreement with respect to the Removed Channel shall stand terminated.

• No Subscriber shall be deemed to have any privity of contractor any kind of contractual or other relationship with RAJ GROUP by virtue of this Agreement or for reasons of RAJ GROUP delivering the Subscribed Channels to the Operator.

• For avoidance of doubt it is hereby clarified that RAJ GROUP shall use its best commercial endeavors to provide reasonable notice to the Operator with respect to removal or replacement of any Subscribed Channels, provided however that failure to provide any such notice to the Operator shall not be deemed a breach of RAJ GROUP’s obligations hereunder.

• The Parties agree that if any of the agreements between RAJ GROUP and the Channel Owners relating to RAJ GROUP’s right to distribute any of the Subscribed Channels in the Territory to HITS Operators is terminated, then only such part of this Agreement pertaining to the said Subscribed Channel shall stand terminated with the remaining Agreement continuing to be in full force and effect.

More Definitions of Subscribed Channels

Subscribed Channels means the Subscribed A-la-carte Channels and/or Subscribed Bouquet as applicable;

Subscribed Channels means the channels from amongst the Channels and/or the Bouquet subscribed/retransmitted by the Affiliate, as are specifically identified by the Affiliate by assigning tick marks (✔) against such channels from amongst the Channels and/or Bouquet listed in Annexure B-1 and/or Annexure B-2, respectively, attached to this Agreement.

Subscribed Channels means all subscribed television Zee Group Channel licensed by ZEEL to MSO.

Subscribed Channels means the channels as described in Schedule-II to this Agreement.

Subscribed Channels means the channels subscribed/ carried by the Operator, as are specifically identified by the Operator and listed in Annexure B to this Agreement.

Subscribed Channels means and refer to Broadcaster’s Channels which are subscribed to by the DPO by way of this Agreement, , by way of specific selection by the DPO. in Annexure D;

Subscribed Channels means all subscribed television Zee Group Channel licensed by ZEEL to IPTV Operator.
