Subscribed Channels means the a-la-carte channels and/or the bouquet of pay channels subscribed by the Licensee (from amongst the Channels), as are specifically identified by the Licensee by assigning tick marks (✔) as yes against such a-la-carte channels and bouquet of pay channels listed in Annexure B and Annexure B-1 of this Agreement, respectively.
Subscribed Channels means the channels from amongst the Channels subscribed/carried by the Operator, as are specifically identified by the Operator by assigning tick marks (✔) against such channels from amongst the Channels listed in Annexure A to this Agreement.
Subscribed Channels means such channel(s) from amongst the Channels which has/have been subscribed by Affiliate under this Agreement on a-la-carte basis (by assigning tick marks (✔) against such Channel(s) in Annexure C attached to this Agreement) and/or as part of Subscribed Bouquet(s).
Examples of Subscribed Channels in a sentence
Marketing materials generated by the DPO may refer to the Intellectual Property only if it is clear that such Intellectual Property represent trademarks or service marks for the Subscribed Channels and/or the applicable channel owner/broadcaster.
All Intellectual Property related to the Subscribed Channels shall belong exclusively to the channel owner/broadcaster of each Subscribed Channel or its respective affiliated companies or licensor.
DPO may use the Intellectual Property solely for the purpose of advertising and promoting the Subscribed Channels only with the prior written consent of Broadcaster.
DPO undertakes that, Broadcaster may rename or re-brand Subscribed Channels or amend logos in any manner at its sole discretion.
DPO shall, at its own cost and expense, receive the Subscribed Channels from designated satellites and retransmit the Subscribed Channels through its Permitted Digital Distribution Platform (either directly or indirectly through the DPO’s affiliated LCO, as the case may be) to the Broadcaster’s Subscribers in the Territory.
More Definitions of Subscribed Channels
Subscribed Channels means the channel(s) from amongst the Channels subscribed and retransmitted by the Operator through the Operator’s Platform, as are specifically identified by the Operator by assigning tick marks (√ ) against such channel(s) from amongst the listed Channels in Schedule A attached to this agreement.
Subscribed Channels mean the channels from amongst the Channel(s) subscribed or carried by the Operator and will include the Bouquets containing the Channel(s), as are specifically identified by the Operator by assigning tick marks (✔) against such channels from amongst the Channel(s) listed in Annexure A to this Agreement.
Subscribed Channels means the channels from amongst the Channels and/or the Bouquet subscribed/retransmitted by the Affiliate, as are specifically identified by the Affiliate by assigning tick marks (✔) against such channels from amongst the Channels and/or Bouquet listed in Annexure B-1 and/or Annexure B-2, respectively, attached to this Agreement.
Subscribed Channels means the channels subscribed/ carried by the Operator, as are specifically identified by the Operator and listed in Annexure B to this Agreement.
Subscribed Channels means the Subscribed A-la-carte Channels and/or Subscribed Bouquet as applicable;
Subscribed Channels means all subscribed television Zee Group Channel licensed by ZEEL to MSO.
Subscribed Channels means the a-la-carte channels and/or the bouquet of pay channels subscribed by the Licensee (from amongst the Channels), as are specifically identified by the Licensee by assigning tick marks (✔) as yes against such a-la-carte channels and bouquet of pay channels listed in Annexure B and Annexure B-1 of this Agreement, respectively. (xxxviii) “Subscriber Management System” or “SMS” means a system or device which, stores the Subscriber records and details with respect to name, address and other information regarding the hardware being utilized by the Subscriber, channels or bouquets of channels subscribed to by the Subscriber, price of such channels or bouquets of channels as defined in the system, the activation or deactivation dates and time for any channel or bouquet of channels, a log of all actions performed on a Subscriber’s record, invoices raised on each Subscriber and the amounts paid and discounts allowed to the Subscriber for each billing period. (xxxix) “Subscriber Reports” means the monthly subscriber reports to be provided by the Licensee to SDSPL in terms of Clause 13 of this Agreement. (xl) “SUN Marks” shall mean all Intellectual Property owned or used by SUN from time to time in connection with the Channels/Subscribed Channels, including, without limitation, the trade names and trademarks. (xli) “Tariff Order” means the Telecommunication (Broadcasting and Cable) Services (Eighth) (Addressable Systems) Tariff Order, 2017 (as amended) (xlii) “TDSAT” means Telecom Dispute Settlement and Appellate Tribunal, New Delhi. (xliii) “Term” means period commencing from provisions of the Agreement.to 31st March 2024, unless terminated earlier in accordance with the (xliv) “Territory” means the states and the Union Territories in India other than the States of Tamil Nadu, Andhra Pradesh, Telangana and Kerala as well as the Union Territories of Puducherry, Andaman & Nicobar Islands and Lakshadweep. (xlv) “Tier” or “Packages” means various packages offered by the Licensee to the Subscribers comprising of the Subscribed Channels.(xlvi) “TRAI” means the Telecom Regulatory Authority of India.
