Subscriber Records definition

Subscriber Records means any information in any form made available by the Subscriber to the Court for the purposes of carrying out this Subscriber Amendment.
Subscriber Records means Customer Account Data containing proof of identification and proof of physical address necessary for Twilio to provide Customer or Customer’s end users with phone numbers in certain countries (“telephone number assignments”). When required by law or regulation, Subscriber Records are shared with local telecommunications providers, which provide local connectivity services, or local government authorities (additional information about these regulatory requirements is available at https://www.twilio.com/guidelines/regulatory (https://www.twilio.com/guidelines/regulatory)).

Examples of Subscriber Records in a sentence

  • The Affiliate undertakes to keep accurate and complete Subscriber Records and make such Subscriber Records available to the Broadcaster (through Authorized Representative) and/or its representatives for inspection upon reasonable notice.

  • Subscriber Records, Access and Audit: The Broadcaster shall during the Audit referred to in Clause14 of this Agreement, be entitled to access the Records, SMS, CAS and related systems of the Operator in order to determine the correctness of the LCN Report referred to in this Annexure D.

  • In the event a breach of the Agreement has been discovered during the course of such audit or inspection, ZEEL’s representatives shall have the right to take printouts, photocopies and computer copies of the Subscriber Records, or any portion thereof, reasonably required to provide evidence of such breach, and the HITS OPERATOR agrees to extend reasonable co-operation in this regard.

  • The Company will deliver Subscriber Records information to the 911 customer or an entity designated by the 911 customer to perform 911 database services.

Related to Subscriber Records

  • Subscriber Data means all data, information and other content provided by or on behalf of Subscriber to the Service, including that which the Account Users input or upload to the Service.

  • Records means any written or recorded information, regardless of physical form or characteristics, which is produced or acquired by the Party in the performance of this agreement. Records produced or acquired in a machine readable electronic format shall be maintained in that format. The records described shall be made available at reasonable times during the period of the Agreement and for three years thereafter or for any period required by law for inspection by any authorized representatives of the State or Federal Government. If any litigation, claim, or audit is started before the expiration of the three-year period, the records shall be retained until all litigation, claims or audit findings involving the records have been resolved.

  • Vital records means certificates or reports of birth, death, fetal death, marriage, dissolution, annulment, and related data.

  • Books and Records means all documents, instruments, papers, books and records, books of account, files and data (including customer and supplier lists), catalogs, brochures, sales literature, promotional material, certificates and other documents used in or associated with the conduct of the Business or the ownership of the Company's property, including, without limitation, financial statements, Tax Records (including Tax Returns), ledgers, minute books, copies of Contracts, Licenses and Permits, operating data and environmental studies and plans.

  • Pupil Records Means both of the following: (1) Any information that directly relates to a pupil that is maintained by LEA and (2) any information acquired directly from the pupil through the use of instructional software or applications assigned to the pupil by a teacher or other local educational LEA employee.

  • Public records means all writings and recordings that consist of letters, words or numbers, or their equivalent, set down by handwriting, typewriting, printing, photostatting, photography, magnetic impulse, optical or magneto-optical form, mechanical or electronic recording or other form of data compilation, however stored, and regardless of physical form or characteristics, prepared or owned by, or in the possession of a public body or its officers, employees or agents in the transaction of public business.

  • Client Records has the meaning set forth in Section 3.14.

  • Company Data means all data, information, Documentation and other Content provided by or on behalf of Company to any of the Company Services.

  • Electronic Record(s means the electronic record as defined under clause (t) of subsection (1) of section 2 of the Information Technology Act, 2000.
