Subproject Financing Agreement definition

Subproject Financing Agreement means an agreement to be entered into between a PO and a Beneficiary, in the case of a Sub-loan, pursuant to paragraph 3(g) of Part B of Schedule 2 to the Project Agreement, or, in the case of a Grant, pursuant to paragraphs 3(g) and 3(h) of Part B of Schedule 2 to the Project Agreement; and

Subproject Financing Agreement means an agreement for the financing made or proposed to be made by the Borrower to a Beneficiary to finance a Subproject; and

Subproject Financing Agreement means the agreement to be entered into between SDF and a Beneficiary for the purpose of carrying out by the Beneficiary of a Subproject.

• The Borrower, acting through MDFO, shall enter into a Subproject Financing Agreement with each of the relevant LGUs upon approval of the Subproject by the Policy Governing Board of MDFO as endorsed by the Regional Steering Committee.

• The Borrower shall ensure through MDFO that necessary funds are made available to the LGU to implement the Subproject upon the execution and delivery of a Subproject Financing Agreement with the LGU.

Subproject Financing Agreement means a tripartite agreement to be entered into among a LGA, Village Council, and a CMC on behalf of a Beneficiary, in accordance with the provisions of paragraph 15 (i) of Part D of Schedule 4 to this Agreement;

Subproject Financing Agreement means an agreement between the Borrower and an LGU referred to in Section 3.01 (a) of this Loan Agreement, and which is called a subproject loan agreement for a loan or a blend of a loan and a grant, or a subproject agreement for a grant in MDFO; and

Subproject Financing Agreement means an agreement between the Recipient and a Subproject Financing Beneficiary (as hereinafter defined), setting forth the terms and conditions governing a Subproject Financing.

Subproject Financing Agreement means each and any agreement entered into between TDF on the one part and a WUA or Local Body on the other part, for the financing of a Subproject;

Subproject Financing Agreement means the financing agreement, acceptable to the Bank, between DOF and a LGU Beneficiary (other than Sorsogon Province, Surigao del Sur Province and Iloilo City) for the purpose of the on-lending or on-granting of the proceeds of the Loan from the Borrower, in accordance with the provisions of the Funding Modalities Plan, to an LGU Beneficiary to carry out a Subproject under Part A of the Project.

Subproject Financing Agreement means an agreement entered into by the relevant WUSC, PMO on behalf of the Recipient, the relevant Local Body and the TDF regarding the financing arrangements of a particular Subproject, as referred to in paragraph 6 of Schedule 4 to this Grant Agreement;
