Project Funding Agreement definition

Project Funding Agreement means an agreement in the form of Schedule E that incorporates the terms of this Agreement and enables the Funder to provide one-time or short term funding for a specific project or service that is not already described in the Schedules;

  • This Project Funding Agreement constitutes a valid and binding obligation of the District, enforceable in accordance with its terms, except as such enforceability may be limited by bankruptcy, insolvency, moratorium, reorganization or other laws heretofore or hereafter enacted and general equity principles.
