Subcontractor Agreements means those agreements with subcontractors listed on Schedule 2.1.2.

Related to Subcontractor Agreements

  • Key Subcontractor means any subcontractor that will (a) fill any of the following key project roles: project management, lead design firm, quality control management, and quality assurance management or (b) serve as a key task leader for geotechnical, hydraulics and hydrology, structural, environmental, utility or right-of-way issues.
