Sub-Fund(s) definition

Sub-Fund(s) means the classes of Shares in the Company (and any classes of Shares created hereafter), in respect of each of which a separate investment portfolio of securities is maintained.
Sub-Fund(s) means a segregated pool of assets and liabilities into which the Trust Fund is divided, established under the Trust Deed and the relevant supplemental deed as a separate trust as described in the relevant Appendix.
Sub-Fund(s) means such portfolio or portfolios of assets as the Directors may from time to time establish with the prior approval of the Custodian and the Central Bank, constituting in each case a separate fund with segregated liability and represented by a separate Series of Shares and invested in accordance with the investment objective and policies applicable to such sub-fund and described in this Prospectus or in the Relevant Supplement;
