The assets of any Approved Investment consisting of a collective investment vehicle utilized by the Lending Agent for the investment of Cash Collateral (each a “Collective Investment Vehicle”) shall be invested and reinvested in accordance with the Investment Objective and Policies of such collective investment vehicle.
