SSO Customers definition

SSO Customers means Residential Customers, Commercial/Industrial Customers, Lighting Customers, Special Contract Customers, and any other Customer taking retail generation service from AEP Ohio, but excluding XXXX Customers.
SSO Customers means Residential Customers, Commercial Customers and Industrial Customers, including special contract (SC) Customers, taking SSO Supply from the Companies during the Delivery Period.
SSO Customers means Residential Customers, Commercial/Industrial Customers, Lighting Customers, Special Contract Customers, and any other Customer taking retail generation service from AEP Ohio, but excluding PIPP Customers.

Examples of SSO Customers in a sentence

  • All SSO Supply provided by an SSO Supplier to the Companies shall be sales for resale, with the Companies reselling such SSO Supply to SSO Customers.

  • The Parties agree and acknowledge that service to SSO Customers may be lost due to storms, weather, accidents, breakage of equipment or other events beyond the reasonable control of the Companies affecting the transmission and distribution facilities of the Companies.

  • The Dayton Power and Light Company will be responsible for (i) metering, billing and delivery with respect to SSO Customers (and SSO Suppliers will have no responsibility with respect thereto) and (ii) distribution services (and SSO Suppliers will have no responsibility with respect thereto).

  • Public transport should always however, be considered as the preferred option, unless inappropriate in the circumstances.

  • End User Customer means a third party retail Customer that subscribes to a Telecommunications Service provided by either of the Parties or by another Carrier or by two (2) or more Carriers.

  • Native Load Customers means the wholesale and retail power customers of a Transmission Owner on whose behalf the Transmission Owner, by statute, franchise, regulatory requirement, or contract, has undertaken an obligation to construct and operate the Transmission Owner’s system to meet the reliable electric needs of such customers.

  • End-Use Customer means a person or entity in Delaware that purchases electrical energy at retail prices from a Retail Electricity Supplier.

  • END USER CUSTOMER LOCATION means the physical location of the premises where an End User makes use of the telecommunications services.

  • Customer means the State agency or other entity identified in a contract as the party to receive commodities or contractual services pursuant to a contract or that orders commodities or contractual services via purchase order or other contractual instrument from the Contractor under the Contract. The “Customer” may also be the “Buyer” as defined in the PUR 1001 if it meets the definition of both terms.

  • Suppliers means any person or entity, including affiliates of the Company, who locates, purchases, sells, stores and/or transports natural gas or its equivalent for or on behalf of the Company. Suppliers may include, but not be limited to, interstate pipeline transmission companies, producers, brokers, marketers, associations, intrastate pipeline transmission companies, joint ventures, providers of LNG, LPG, SNG, and other hydrocarbons used as feed-stock, other distribution companies and end-users.

  • Indigent Customer means the head of an indigent household:-

  • Customer/s for the purpose of this Offer shall mean a person who holds a valid ICICI Bank VISA/MASTER Credit card issued by ICICI Bank and who has received communication from ICICI Bank with respect to the Offer.
