Examples of Specified Permits in a sentence

  • OVG acknowledges and agrees that delays in the processing, by the City acting in its regulatory capacity and not in its capacity as owner and lessor of the Premises, of the Specified Permits and Approvals or any other regulatory permits or approvals shall not result in the City assuming responsibility for any cost overruns associated with such delay.

Related to Specified Permits

  • Transferred Permits has the meaning set forth in Section 1.1(b).
