Assumed Contracts definition

Assumed Contracts has the meaning set forth in Section 2.1(d).

More Definitions of Assumed Contracts

Assumed Contracts means (i) all Contracts listed in Schedule 3.7 that are designated as Contracts that are to be assumed by Buyer upon its purchase of the Station and (ii) any Contracts entered into by Seller between the date of this Agreement and the Closing Date that Buyer agrees in writing to assume.
