Special Purpose Account definition

Special Purpose Account means an agency special purpose account or an account referred to in section 10;
Special Purpose Account means an account within the Consolidated Revenue Fund of the Province of Ontario into which a forest renewal charge may be paid pursuant to section 50 of the Crown Forest Sustainability Act;
Special Purpose Account means a Plan Account maintained on behalf of the Participant with a targeted distribution date in the calendar year specified by the Participant. The minimum Deferral Period for a Special Purpose Account is five (5) calendar years following the end of the calendar year with respect to which the Account is established.

Examples of Special Purpose Account in a sentence

  • Changes to Special Purpose Account distribution elections must be made at least 12 months before any existing benefit payment date, may not take effect for at least 12 months, and must postpone the existing benefit payment date by at least five years.

  • The Participant may elect a different form of distribution for the Retirement Account and for each Special Purpose Account.

  • A Participant may elect to defer into a Special Purpose Account that has not previously been established, with a Deferral Period ending on a specific deferral date that is at least five (5) calendar years following the end of the calendar year in which the Account is established.

  • A Participant who has made an election to defer Compensation under the Plan may make an irrevocable election to extend the Deferral Period for a Retirement Account and/or any Special Purpose Account.

  • A Participant may change his or her election up to a maximum of three (3) times for the Retirement Account and up to a maximum of three (3) times for each Special Purpose Account.


More Definitions of Special Purpose Account

Special Purpose Account means the interest bearing account established by Canada pursuant to the Saskatchewan Treaty Land Entitlement Act, S.C. 1993, c. 11, which shall be utilized for the purpose of administering all monies which are to be deposited by each of Canada and Saskatchewan to the Treaty Land Entitlement (Saskatchewan) Fund pursuant to Article 3, which account permits both Canada and Saskatchewan to deposit funds on an interest bearing basis at a rate of interest from time to time applicable to interest bearing deposits in the consolidated revenue fund;
Special Purpose Account means the interest bearing account to be hereafter established by Canada pursuant to applicable federal legislation which shall, after its creation, be utilized for the purpose of administering:
Special Purpose Account means an account maintained in the Government of Ontario’s financial records for the purpose of recording receipts, including any amounts credited on account of interest, and disbursements of money that has been paid into the Consolidated Revenue Fund and that was paid to Ontario for a special purpose; (“compte spécial”)
Special Purpose Account means a special purpose account established under section 56 (Establishment of special purpose accounts);
Special Purpose Account means the financial account established by the Concessionaire specifically for the purpose of receiving VGF disbursement.
Special Purpose Account means the account used to collect and expend Additional Net Revenue in excess of the Minimum Guarantee, if any, in accordance with the guidelines established under this MOU.
Special Purpose Account has the meaning set forth in the Special Purpose Account Agreement.
