All services must be arranged through HPN’s Managed Care Program.  Second Opinions. When, as a result of an Illness or Injury, a procedure is recommended by a Physician, HPN or the Member may request a Second Opinion from a Physician qualified to diagnose and treat the specific Illness or Injury.
