Sling means SLING AIRCRAFT (PTY) LTD and its shareholders, directors, employees, contractors and agents, and their successors and assigns. SLING AIRCRAFT (PTY) LTD is incorporated under the laws of South Africa, having its physical address and principal place of business at Hanger 8, Tedderfield Airpark, Nettleton Rd, Eikenhof, Johannesburg South is a South African Civil Aviation Authority registered Aircraft Maintenance Organisation with AMO license number 1264, with the necessary authorisation and capacity to undertake the inspection, maintenance, repair and overhaul of Sling and certain other aircraft, and has the facilities and capabilities to supply the Services and Parts in respect of Sling and certain other aircraft as contemplated in this Agreement,

Sling means an assembly which connects the load to the material handling equipment for the purpose of lifting or hoisting.

• Coverage should be endorsed to include "Sling Load" if there is any cargo to be transported and attached to the belly of the aircraft and/or unmanned aerial systems.

• Helicopter related specialist aviation tasks undertaken by the FOU are considered to be: - Winching and Hover Exit & Hover Entry operations; - Sling Load Operations; - Aerial Application; and - Feral Animal Management.

Sling has the meaning set forth in the introduction. Section 1.31 “Supply Chain Entities” has the meaning set forth in Section 2.01(b). Section 1.32 “Term” has the meaning set forth in Section 6.01. Section 1.33 “Texas Case” has the meaning set forth in the Recitals. Section 1.34 “Third Party Content” means any and all past, present, and future electronic media, text, graphics, images, music, audio, video, software, data compilations, works of authorship and any other form of data, media, or information that is provided by any Non-Party. Section 1.35 “Transfer” means to sell, assign, convey, transfer, encumber or otherwise dispose of, in whole or in part, voluntarily or involuntarily, by operation of law or otherwise. “Transferor” and “Transferee” mean a Person who makes or receives a Transfer, respectively. Article 2.

Sling means Sling Media, Inc. and its subsidiaries and its and their predecessors- in-interest and successors-in-interest.
