Shipbuilding Contract D definition

Shipbuilding Contract D means the legally binding Shipbuilding Contract dated

H-4081 to be delivered to Customer A; Vessel B means the 51,800 DWT class product oil / chemical tanker identified as Builder’s hull no. H-4082 to be delivered to Customer B; Vessel C means the 51,800 DWT class product oil / chemical tanker identified as Builder’s hull no. H-4083 to be delivered to Customer C; Vessel D means the 51,800 DWT class product oil / chemical tanker identified as Builder’s hull no. H-4084 to be delivered to Customer D.

  • Shipbuilding Contract means the shipbuilding contract dated 30 March 2011 and made between the Builder and the Borrower for the construction by the Builder of the Ship and its purchase by the Borrower as supplemented and amended from time to time;

  • EPC Contract means the Seller’s engineering, procurement and construction contract with the EPC Contractor.

  • Construction Contract or “contract” means a written agreement between a contractor and a public agency for the construction, alteration, demolition, or repair of a facility, other than a contract having a dollar value of less than $30,000.00 or a contract that provides for 3 or fewer payments.

  • EPC Contractor means Seller’s engineering, procurement and construction contractor or such Person performing those functions.

  • Training Contract means an agreement signed by the employer and the Apprentice or Trainee (and a parent or guardian if applicable), in accordance with the Act and Regulatory requirements.

  • Design-Builder means the Person selected pursuant to the RFP that enters into the Contract with the Department to design and construct the Project (also referred to as the “Design-Build Team”).

  • The Contract Price/Project Cost means the price payable to the Vendor under the Contract for the full and proper performance of its contractual obligations.
