Vessel A definition

Vessel A has the meaning given to it in the recitals; and
Vessel A means the 47,761 dwt bulk carrier named “GYPSUM CENTENNIAL” registered in the name of the Borrower and having IMO Number 9228734.
Vessel A means the 159,000 dwt suezmax tanker “Windsor Xxxxxxx” built in 2007 and registered in the name of the Vessel A Owner in the Norwegian international ship registry.

  • The owner of Vessel A buys Vessel B and applies for a permit for Vessel B to participate in the same or a different fishery.
