Vessels definition

Vessels shall have the meaning set forth in the recitals.
Vessels means the shipping vessels owned by and registered (or to be owned by and registered) in the name of the Company or any of its Subsidiaries or operated by the Company or any of its Subsidiaries pursuant to a lease or other operating agreement constituting a capital lease obligation, in each case together with all related equipment and any additions or improvements.
Vessels means 1 or more of the ships to be constructed or repaired under the terms of the Prime Contract.PLEASE NOTE THAT ALL CLAUSES PRESENTED HEREAFTER APPEAR IN ALPHABETICAL ORDER.

More Definitions of Vessels

Vessels means the vessels owned, under construction or to be acquired by the Company or any of its Subsidiaries from time to time as set out in Schedule A, as the same may be amended from time to time in accordance with Section 2.8, and “Vessel” means any one of them.
