Vessel B definition

Vessel B has the meaning given to it in the recitals.
Vessel B means approximately 48,000 dwt bulk carrier built by the Builder pursuant to the Building Contract having Hull No. E1-492 at the Builder’s yard and to be named “GYPSUM INTEGRITY”.
Vessel B means the 160,000 dwt suezmax tanker “Xxxxx Xxxxxxx” built in 2011 and registered in the name of the Vessel B Owner in the Isle of Man ship registry.
