In the event that FSMC provides management services for the Fresh Fruit and Vegetable Program (FFVP) at any of SFA’s Food Service Locations, SFA and FSMC shall operate the FFVP in accordance with the requirements of Section 19 of the National School Lunch Act, all applicable regulations and policies, and the FFVP Handbook for Schools, as well as USDA guidance issued via memorandum and the Administrative Review Manual (ARM).
