Settlement Trust Documents definition

Settlement Trust Documents means, collectively, (a) the Settlement Trust Agreement, (b) the Trust Distribution Procedures, (c) the Document Agreement, (d) the Confirmation Order, and (e) any other agreements, instruments and documents governing the establishment, administration and operation of the Settlement Trust, which shall be substantially in the forms set forth as exhibits in the Plan or in the Plan Supplement, as the same may be amended or modified from time to time in accordance with the terms thereof.
