Secured Documents definition
Secured Documents means the collective reference to the Credit Agreement, the other Loan Documents, each Secured Swap Agreement and any other document made, delivered or given in connection with any of the foregoing.
Secured Documents means, collectively, the Documents, the Lender Financial Instruments and the Cash Management Documents.
Secured Documents means the Secured Credit Facility Documents and the Secured Notes Documents.
Examples of Secured Documents in a sentence
In the event of any conflict or inconsistency between the provisions of this Agreement and the provisions of any Secured Documents, the provisions of this Agreement shall control.
Nothing in this Agreement is intended to or shall impair the obligations of Grantors, which are absolute and unconditional, to pay the Obligations under the Secured Documents as and when the same shall become due and payable in accordance with their terms.
