Secured Documents means the Secured Credit Facility Documents and the Secured Notes Documents.

• Notwithstanding anything to the contrary in this Final Order, the DIP Documents, or the Secured Documents, following delivery of a Carve Out Trigger Notice, the DIP Facility Agent and the Secured Parties shall not sweep or foreclose on cash (including cash received as a result of the sale or other disposition of any assets) of the Debtors until the Carve Out Account has been fully funded in an amount equal to the Carve Out Amount as set forth herein.

Secured Documents means the Finance Documents, the Hedging Documents, the Secured Incremental Indebtedness Documents, the Secured Mezzanine Indebtedness Documents and the Secured Permitted Refinancing Indebtedness Documents.

Secured Documents means the Loan Documents and the EUR Notes Documents.
