Trust Distribution Procedures definition

Trust Distribution Procedures means the Boy Scouts of America Trust Distribution Procedures for Abuse Claims, substantially in the form attached hereto as Exhibit A, as the same may be amended or modified from time to time in accordance with the terms thereof, which shall be acceptable to (a) the Debtors, the Ad Hoc Committee, the Coalition, the Tort Claimants’ Committee, and the Future Claimants’ Representative and (b) the Creditors’ Committee with respect to the treatment of Non-Abuse Litigation Claims.
Trust Distribution Procedures means the procedures, in the form included as Exhibit 4 in the Exhibit Book, as to be implemented by the Asbestos PI Trustees pursuant to the terms and conditions of the Plan and the Asbestos PI Trust Agreement, to liquidate, determine, and pay (if entitled to payment) Asbestos PI Claims as and to the extent set forth in such procedures.
Trust Distribution Procedures or "TDPS" shall mean, collectively, the PI-SE TDP, the PI-AO TDP, and the PD TDP.

More Definitions of Trust Distribution Procedures

Trust Distribution Procedures means the Trust Distribution Procedures (as defined and used in each of the Arrowood Settlement Trust Agreement and the General Trust Agreement), to be filed with the Plan Supplement.

Trust Distribution Procedures means the trust distribution procedures for the MCC Section 524(g) Trust approved by the Future Claimants Representative. “Unsecured Creditors Committee” means the official committee of unsecured creditors, if any, appointed in the MCC Chapter 11 Case by the U.S. Trustee pursuant to section 1102 of the Bankruptcy Code.
