More Definitions of Subservicing Agreements

Subservicing Agreements means an agreement with a master servicer to subservice mortgage loans, including without limitation the agreement with CDC Servicing Inc., dated May 31, 1996.
Subservicing Agreements means the Subservicing Agreements specified in Schedule V and in substantially the forms attached hereto as Exhibits C1 through C5.
Subservicing Agreements means all of, the agreements entered into between the Servicer and any Sub-servicer pursuant to which such Sub-servicer agrees to service Financed Student Loans, in each case, as the same may be amended, supplemented or otherwise modified from time to time.
Subservicing Agreements means, collectively: (a) that certain Subservicing Agreement, dated as of March 1, 2010, between CMP and Centerline Servicing relating to mortgage loans purchased by Xxxxxxx Mac; (b) that certain Amended and Restated Subservicing Agreement, dated as of March 1, 2010, between CMC and Centerline Servicing relating to the securitization of multi-family housing revenue bonds from certain of CHC’s direct and indirect Subsidiaries to Xxxxxxx Mac; (c) that certain Amended and Restated Subservicing Agreement, dated as of March 1, 2010, between CMC and Centerline Servicing relating to mortgage loans purchased by Xxxxxx Xxx; (d) that certain Master Subservicing Agreement, dated as of June 25, 2010, between CMC and Midland Loan Services, Inc. (“Midland”) relating to mortgage loans purchased by FHA; and (e) any similar agreements pursuant to which (i) Centerline Servicing either directly or indirectly through a Subsidiary, shall provide primary and special servicing and sub-servicing for the Borrowers or (ii) Midland or another entity acceptable to FHA shall provide primary and special servicing and sub-servicing for the Borrowers’ FHA portfolio, each with market terms and conditions reasonably acceptable to the Agent. Subsidiary means any corporation, association, partnership, limited liability company, trust, or other business entity of which the designated parent shall at any time own directly or indirectly through a Subsidiary or Subsidiaries at least a majority (by number of votes or controlling interests) of the outstanding voting interests of such entity.
Subservicing Agreements means (i) Subservicing Agreement, dated as of March 31, 2004, between IKON and GE; (ii) Amendment No. 1, dated as of March 31, 2004, to Transfer and Servicing Agreement, by and among IKON Funding- 4, LLC, IOS Capital, the Seller and SunTrust Bank, and consented to by the Syndication Agent and the Class A Note Purchasers and the Class B Note Purchasers, dated as of December 1, 2001; and (iii) Amendment No. 1, dated as of March 31, 2004, to Note Purchase Agreement, among IKON Funding-4, LLC, SunTrust Bank, IOS Capital, the Seller, the Class A Note Purchasers, the Class B Note Purchasers and Fleet Capital Corporation, dated as of December 1, 2001, in each case, as the same may be amended, modified, restated or supplemented from time to time.
Subservicing Agreements and “Syndication Subservicing Agreement” shall not apply to the Canadian Program.
