Subservicing Agreements. As defined in Section 3.02(a).

More Definitions of Subservicing Agreements

Subservicing Agreements means an agreement with a master servicer to subservice mortgage loans, including without limitation the agreement with CDC Servicing Inc., dated May 31, 1996.

Subservicing Agreements means all of, the agreements entered into between the Master Servicer and any Subservicer which has been approved by the Insurer pursuant to which such Subservicer agrees to service Financed Student Loans, in each case, as the same may be amended, supplemented or otherwise modified from time to time, with the Insurer's consent.

(“Midland”) relating to mortgage loans purchased by FHA; and (e) any similar agreements pursuant to which Midland or another entity acceptable to FHA shall provide primary and special servicing and sub-servicing for the Borrowers’ FHA portfolio, each with market terms and conditions reasonably acceptable to the Agent. Subsidiary means any corporation, association, partnership, limited liability company, trust, or other business entity of which the designated parent shall at any time own directly or indirectly through a Subsidiary or Subsidiaries at least a majority (by number of votes or controlling interests) of the outstanding voting interests of such entity.
