Plan Supplement. 20. The Plan Supplement complies with the Bankruptcy Code and the terms of the Plan, and the filing and notice of such documents are good and proper in accordance with the Bankruptcy Code, the Bankruptcy Rules, the Local Rules, and the Complex Case Procedures and no other or further notice is required. All documents included in the Plan Supplement are integral to, part of, and incorporated by reference into the Plan. Subject to the terms of the Plan, the Debtor reserves the right to alter, amend, update, or modify the Plan Supplement before the Effective Date, subject to compliance with the Bankruptcy Code and the Bankruptcy Rules.

Plan Supplement. All exhibits and documents included in the Plan Supplement are incorporated into and are a part of the Plan as if set forth in full in the Plan. After the exhibits and documents are Filed, copies of such exhibits and documents shall be made available upon written request to the Debtors’ counsel at the address above or by downloading such exhibits and documents from xxxx://xxxxx.xxxxxxxxxx.xxx/Seadrill or the Bankruptcy Court’s website at xxx.xxx.xxxxxxxx.xxx/xxxxxxxxxx. Unless otherwise ordered by the Bankruptcy Court, to the extent any exhibit or document in the Plan Supplement is inconsistent with the terms of any part of the Plan that does not constitute the Plan Supplement, such part of the Plan that does not constitute the Plan Supplement shall control.

Plan Supplement. All exhibits and documents included in the Plan Supplement are incorporated into and are a part of the Plan as if set forth in full in the Plan. Except as otherwise provided in the Plan, such exhibits and documents included in the Plan Supplement shall be filed with the Bankruptcy Court on or before the Plan Supplement Filing Date. After the exhibits and documents are filed, copies of such exhibits and documents shall be available upon written request to the Debtors’ counsel at the address above or by downloading such exhibits and documents from the Debtors’ restructuring website at [·] or the Bankruptcy Court’s website at xxxxx://xxx.xxxx.xxxxxxxx.xxx/.

Plan Supplement. After any of such documents included in the Plan Supplement are filed, copies of such documents shall be made available upon written request to the Debtors’ counsel at the address above or by downloading such exhibits and documents from the Claims and Noticing Agent’s website at xxxx://xx.xxxx00.xxx/HospitalityInvestorsTrust or the Bankruptcy Court’s website at xxxxx://xxx.xxxxx.xxx/.

Plan Supplement. Any and all exhibits, lists or schedules not filed with the Plan shall be contained in the Plan Supplement and filed with the Clerk of the Bankruptcy Court at least five (5) Business Days prior to date of the commencement of the Confirmation Hearing. Upon its filing with the Bankruptcy Court, the Plan Supplement may be inspected in the office of the Clerk of the Bankruptcy Court during normal court hours. Holders of Claims or Interests may obtain a copy of the Plan Supplement upon written request to the Debtors in accordance with Section XIV.K of the Plan.

Plan Supplement. All of the documents contained in the Plan Supplement comply with the terms of the Plan, and the filing and notice of such documents was adequate, proper, and in accordance with the Bankruptcy Code and the Bankruptcy Rules.

To the extent any exhibit or document is inconsistent with the terms of the Prepackaged Plan, unless otherwise ordered by the Bankruptcy Court, the non-exhibit or non-document portion of the Prepackaged Plan shall control.

After the exhibits and documents are Filed, copies of such exhibits and documents shall be available upon written request to the Debtors’ counsel at the address above or by downloading such exhibits and documents from the Debtors’ restructuring website at hxxxx://xx.xxxx00.xxx/XxxxXxx or the Court’s website at wxx.xxx.xxxxxxxx.xxx/xxxxxxxxxx. To the extent any exhibit or document in the Plan Supplement is inconsistent with the terms of the Plan, unless otherwise ordered by the Court, such part of the Plan that does not constitute the Plan Supplement shall control. The documents included in the Plan Supplement are an integral part of this Plan and shall be deemed approved by the Court pursuant to the Confirmation Order.

The Debtor reserves the right, in accordance with the terms hereof, to modify, amend, supplement, restate, or withdraw any part of the Plan Supplement after they are filed and shall promptly make such changes available online at xxx.xxxxx.xxx and xxx.xxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxx.xxx.

Plan Supplement. The compilation of documents, forms of documents, schedules, or exhibits to the Plan to be Filed by the Debtors no later than five (5) Business Days prior to the Confirmation Hearing or such later date as may be approved by the Bankruptcy Court on notice to parties in interest. With the prior consent of the Requisite Consenting Lenders, the Debtors shall have the right to amend the documents contained in the Plan Supplement, through and including the Effective Date. Plan Support Agreement: The Plan Support Agreement entered into as of January 26, 2012, by and among the Debtor and the Plan Support Parties, attached to the Disclosure Statement, as amended or supplemented from time to time.
