Plan Supplement Clause Samples
A Plan Supplement is a collection of additional documents and information that support and complete a primary plan, such as a bankruptcy reorganization plan. It typically includes schedules, exhibits, lists of contracts to be assumed or rejected, and other key documents referenced in the main plan but not included within its initial filing. The Plan Supplement is usually filed with the court before the plan confirmation hearing, providing stakeholders with the necessary details to fully understand the plan's implementation. Its core function is to ensure transparency and completeness, allowing all parties to review the full scope of the plan before it is approved.
Plan Supplement. 20. The Plan Supplement complies with the Bankruptcy Code and the terms of the Plan, and the filing and notice of such documents are good and proper in accordance with the Bankruptcy Code, the Bankruptcy Rules, the Local Rules, and the Complex Case Procedures and no other or further notice is required. All documents included in the Plan Supplement are integral to, part of, and incorporated by reference into the Plan. Subject to the terms of the Plan, the Debtor reserves the right to alter, amend, update, or modify the Plan Supplement before the Effective Date, subject to compliance with the Bankruptcy Code and the Bankruptcy Rules.
Plan Supplement. All exhibits and documents included in the Plan Supplement are incorporated into and are a part of the Plan as if set forth in full in the Plan. After the exhibits and documents are Filed, copies of such exhibits and documents shall be made available upon written request to the Debtors’ counsel at the address above or by downloading such exhibits and documents from ▇▇▇▇://▇▇▇▇▇.▇▇▇▇▇▇▇▇▇▇.▇▇▇/Seadrill or the Bankruptcy Court’s website at ▇▇▇.▇▇▇.▇▇▇▇▇▇▇▇.▇▇▇/▇▇▇▇▇▇▇▇▇▇. Unless otherwise ordered by the Bankruptcy Court, to the extent any exhibit or document in the Plan Supplement is inconsistent with the terms of any part of the Plan that does not constitute the Plan Supplement, such part of the Plan that does not constitute the Plan Supplement shall control.

Plan Supplement. All of the documents contained in the Plan Supplement comply with the terms of the Plan, and the filing and notice of such documents was adequate, proper, and in accordance with the Bankruptcy Code and the Bankruptcy Rules.
Plan Supplement. Any and all exhibits or schedules not filed with the Plan shall be contained in a Plan supplement and filed with the Clerk of the Bankruptcy Court at least ten days prior to the Confirmation Hearing. Upon its filing with the Bankruptcy Court, the Plan supplement may be inspected in the office of the Clerk of the Bankruptcy Court during regular court hours. Holders of Claims or Interests may obtain a copy of the Plan Supplement upon written request to the Debtor or the Creditors’ Committee in accordance with Section 15.8 of the Plan.

To the extent any exhibit or document is inconsistent with the terms of the Prepackaged Plan, unless otherwise ordered by the Bankruptcy Court, the non-exhibit or non-document portion of the Prepackaged Plan shall control.
Plan Supplement. The supplement, containing copies of the Plan Documents, that is to be filed with the Bankruptcy Court as early as is practicable (but in no event later than seven Business Days) before the deadline fixed for filing objections to Confirmation of the Plan, or on such other date as the Bankruptcy Court may determine. The Plan Supplement is incorporated into the Plan as if fully set forth in the Plan, and all references to the Plan refer also to the Plan Documents contained in the Plan Supplement.

Upon its filing with the Bankruptcy Court, the Plan Supplement may be inspected in the office of the Clerk of the Bankruptcy Court during normal business hours. Holders of Claims or Equity Interests may obtain a copy of the Plan Supplement upon written request to the Debtor in accordance with Section 13.10 of the Plan.
