Seller Lease definition

Seller Lease shall have the meaning set forth in Section 3.25.
Seller Lease means any Lease pursuant to which Seller or an Affiliate of Seller is the lessee, sublessee, or other beneficiary of an occupancy right.
Seller Lease has the meaning set forth in Section 4.09(a).

  • Each Seller Lease is in full force and effect in accordance with its respective terms.

More Definitions of Seller Lease

Seller Lease as defined in Section 3.6(b).
Seller Lease means any lease, sublease, license, concession or other agreement in the name of any member of Seller Group or its Affiliates (excluding the Alias Companies) pursuant to which such member of Seller Group or its Affiliates (excluding the Alias Companies) holds any leasehold or subleasehold estate or any other right to use or occupy any land, buildings, structures, improvements, fixtures or other interest in real property included in the Purchased Assets, in each case as set forth on Schedule 7.09.
