Company Leases definition

Company Leases shall have the meaning set forth in Section 3.12(a).

Examples of Company Leases in a sentence

• The Company has not received any written or oral notice to the effect that any of the Company Leases will not be renewed at the termination of the term of such Company Leases, or that any of such Company Leases will be renewed only at higher rents.

Company Leases means any lease, sublease, or other right of occupancy that the Company or the Company Subsidiaries are party to as landlord with respect to each of the applicable Company Properties.
