Property Lease definition

Property Lease means any Depot Lease, any lease in respect of a Managed Station Area, any lease in respect of Shared Facilities or any Station Lease and any agreement or lease of a similar or equivalent nature (whether in respect of any such facility or otherwise) which the Franchisee may enter into with a person who has an interest in a network or a railway facility which is to be used for or in connection with the provision or operation of the Franchise Services;
Property Lease means a lease pursuant to which an Affiliate of Propco, as landlord, will lease the Property to Lessee, as tenant. The Property Lease shall reflect the terms contemplated by this Agreement, and other terms to be negotiated in good faith between Owner and Propco.
Property Lease has the meaning set forth in Section 5.03(x).

  • There is no material breach or default by any Group Company or, to the Company’s knowledge, any third party under any Real Property Lease, and, to the Company’s knowledge, no event has occurred which (with or without notice or lapse of time or both) would constitute a material breach or default or would permit termination of, or a material modification of or acceleration of rent under any Real Property Lease.

  • Each Real Property Lease is in full force and effect and is a valid, legal and binding obligation of the applicable Group Company party thereto, enforceable in accordance with its terms against such Group Company and, to the Company’s knowledge, each other party thereto (subject to the Enforceability Exceptions).

  • The Group Companies have not received any written notice of any violation of Laws with respect to any Real Property Lease or any Real Property.

Property Lease means each document comprising, evidencing, securing or entered into in connection with a lease or sublease of all or any portion of the real property compromising any Casablanca Property.
