Form of Lease definition

Form of Lease means the form of the Lease set out in Appendix C.
Form of Lease means the Landlord’s form of lease to be used to finalize the Lease for the Café Space and which is attached as APPENDIX A – FORM OF LEASE;
Form of Lease means the form of master railcar lease agreement attached as Exhibit D-to the Master Indenture.

Examples of Form of Lease in a sentence

  • Either party may record this Memorandum or Short Form of Lease at any time during the Term, in its absolute discretion.

  • Contemporaneously with the execution of this Agreement, the parties will execute a recordable Memorandum or Short Form of Lease substantially in the form attached as Exhibit 24b.

  • Thereafter during the Term of this Agreement, either party will, at any time upon fifteen (15) business days’ prior written notice from the other, execute, acknowledge and deliver to the other a recordable Memorandum or Short Form of Lease.

  • Any Tender which attempts to vary the Form of Tender, the Tender Proposal Form, these Conditions of Tender, the Form of Building Agreement or the Form of Lease is liable to be rejected.

  • Subsequent to the Effective Date, Landlord and Tenant shall execute and acknowledge a Short Form of Lease for purpose of recordation.

  • These guides will provide more information about the Standard Form of Lease and include examples of illegal and legal clauses which may be used in the additional terms section.

  • Note: Written tenancy agreements entered into between residential landlords and tenants on or after April 30, 2018, must be documented on the Ministry of Housing’s Residential Tenancy Agreement (Standard Form of Lease).

Related to Form of Lease

  • Assignment of Lease means the Assignment of Lease to be executed by the Seller and the Purchaser at the Closing with respect to each parcel of Leased Real Property listed on Section 3.14(b) of the Disclosure Schedule, substantially in the form of Exhibit 1.01(b).

  • Memorandum of Lease has the meaning set forth in Section 5.01(c)(iii).

  • Assignment of Leases With respect to any Mortgaged Property, any assignment of leases, rents and profits or similar agreement executed by the Mortgagor, assigning to the mortgagee all of the income, rents and profits derived from the ownership, operation, leasing or disposition of all or a portion of such Mortgaged Property, in the form which was duly executed, acknowledged and delivered, as amended, modified, renewed or extended through the date hereof and from time to time hereafter.

  • Lease Supplement means a Lease Supplement, substantially in the form of Schedule 2 hereto, to be entered into between Lessor and Lessee on the Delivery Date for the purpose of leasing the Aircraft under and pursuant to the terms of this Agreement, and any subsequent Lease Supplement entered into in accordance with the terms of this Agreement.

  • Assignment of Leases and Rents With respect to any Mortgaged Property, any assignment of leases, rents and profits or similar instrument executed by the Obligor, assigning to the mortgagee all of the income, rents and profits derived from the ownership, operation, leasing or disposition of all or a portion of such Mortgaged Property, whether contained in the Mortgage or in a document separate from the Mortgage, in the form that was duly executed, acknowledged and delivered, as amended, modified, renewed or extended through the date hereof and from time to time hereafter in accordance with the Credit and Collection Policy.

  • Landlord Waiver means a letter in form and substance reasonably acceptable to the Administrative Agent and executed by a landlord in respect of Inventory of a Loan Party located at any leased premises of a Loan Party pursuant to which such landlord, among other things, waives or subordinates on terms and conditions reasonably acceptable to the Administrative Agent any Lien such landlord may have in respect of such Inventory.

  • Lease Agreement means the bargain, with respect to the lease, of the lessor and the lessee in fact as found in their language or by implication from other circumstances including course of dealing or usage of trade or course of performance as provided in this article. Unless the context clearly indicates otherwise, the term includes a sublease agreement.

  • Landlord Access Agreement means a Landlord Access Agreement, substantially in the form of Exhibit G, or such other form as may reasonably be acceptable to the Administrative Agent.

  • Landlord Consent and Estoppel means, with respect to any Leasehold Property, a letter, certificate or other instrument in writing from the lessor under the related lease, pursuant to which, among other things, the landlord consents to the granting of a Mortgage on such Leasehold Property by the Credit Party tenant, such Landlord Consent and Estoppel to be in form and substance acceptable to Collateral Agent in its reasonable discretion, but in any event sufficient for Collateral Agent to obtain a Title Policy with respect to such Mortgage.

  • Form of Agreement means the form of agreement contained in Part D of the RFP;

  • Estoppel Certificate As defined in Section 23.1(a).

  • Landlord Agreement means an agreement substantially in the form provided by Lender to Borrower or such other form as Lender may agree to accept.

  • Estoppel Letter A document executed by the Cooperative Corporation certifying, with respect to a Cooperative Unit, (i) the appurtenant Proprietary Lease will be in full force and effect as of the date of issuance thereof, (ii) the related stock certificate was registered in the Mortgagor's name and the Cooperative Corporation has not been notified of any lien upon, pledge of, levy of execution on or disposition of such stock certificate, and (iii) the Mortgagor is not in default under the appurtenant Proprietary Lease and all charges due the Cooperative Corporation have been paid.

  • Master Lease Agreement has the meaning set forth in Section 7.2(c)(xiv).

  • Space Lease The space or occupancy lease pursuant to which any Borrower holds a leasehold interest in the related Mortgaged Property, together with any estoppels or other agreements executed and delivered by the lessor in favor of the lender under the related Mortgage Loan(s).

  • Lease Assignment has the meaning set forth in Section 3.5(d).

  • Form of Note means the “Form of Note” attached hereto as Exhibit A.

  • Exhibit E means Exhibit E to the Judgment;

  • Form of Assignment and Transfer means the “Form of Assignment and Transfer” attached as Attachment 3 to the Form of Note attached hereto as Exhibit A.

  • Mortgage Amendment has the meaning set forth in Section 6.12(a).

  • Lien Waiver Agreement means an agreement which is executed in favor of Agent by a Person who owns or occupies premises at which any Collateral may be located from time to time and by which such Person shall waive any Lien that such Person may ever have with respect to any of the Collateral and shall authorize Agent from time to time to enter upon the premises to inspect or remove the Collateral from such premises or to use such premises to store or dispose of such Inventory.

  • Exhibit D means Exhibit D to the Judgment;

  • Exhibit F The awarded category pricing from the Contractor’s submitted Price Sheet from 3rd Bid RFP 15-80101507-SA-D

  • Sublease Agreement shall have the meaning specified in Section 8.2(b).

  • Lease Agreements shall have the meaning set forth in Section 3.14.

  • Form of Contract means the document comprising Section 1 of the Contract signed by or on behalf of the Parties confirming their willingness to enter into and be bound by the terms of the Contract.
