Security Agent definition
Security Agent means the Bond Trustee or any successor Security Agent, acting for and on behalf of the Secured Parties in accordance with any Security Agent Agreement or any other Finance Document.
Security Agent means the security agent, appointed by the Secured Parties pursuant to the Intercreditor Agreement, holding the Transaction Security on behalf of the Secured Parties, being Nordic Trustee & Agency AB (publ) on the First Issue Date.
Security Agent means the security agent holding the Transaction Security on behalf of the Secured Parties, being the Agent on the First Issue Date.

For the avoidance of doubt, such costs and expenses in connection with the Prepayment Facility Agreement shall include the structuring fees, the Agent fees and the Security Agent fee (in each case, as defined or referred to in the Prepayment Facility Agreement).
