Master User definition

Master User means a User in the Multi User Profile who has been authorised by the Customer for the initial installation of the Online Banking, and who establishes and controls the authorities of any User.
Master User means the primary user authorised by GEHC to access the Site and to authorise other Registered Users (as defined below) from the same organisation to access the Site;
Master User means and refer to the individual designated by you to be responsible for supervising use of the Web Site and the Online Banking Services.

  • A Master User may allow another Sub User to have an authorization approval limit separate from their own transaction limits.

  • While there can be multiple Authorized Persons listed on a business entity’s Resolution, the first individual to register or set up the business’s Digital Banking in Tennessee Valley Federal Credit Union’s Digital Banking platform will become the Master User.

  • A Master User shall mean and refer to the individual designated to be responsible for administering the use of the Digital Banking services for the business entity.

  • The Sub User shall mean and refer to any one or more individuals who are granted access to use Digital Banking services by the Master User or other Sub Users with permissions to add additional Users.

  • It is the entity’s responsibility to ensure business account documents, as well as Digital Banking Access for the Master User and all Sub Users, are kept current and adhere to all Agreements.

Master User means an administrator appointed by the Master Account Holder to administer the Master Account with rights to create and manage Sub-User access to the OSC.

Such services may include but are not limited to the following services described herein: Online Account Services, Stop Payment Services, Funds Transfer Services, External Funds Transfer Services, Voice Banking Services, Mobile Banking Services, which may include but are not limited to Q2ebanking Text Banking, provided by Q2ebanking, Third Party Transfer Services, which may include but are not limited to Account-to-Account Transfer Services (A2A), Online Statement Services, ACH Transfer Services, Wire Transfer Services, Bill Pay Services, Remote Deposit Capture Services, Finance 360 Services, Credit Card Services, and Business Transfer Authorization Services. Such services may be provided during the Term as further defined in this Agreement.
Master User means the person designated in the CDB Enrollment Form by an Authorized Representative of the Customer's Accounts, as such CDB Enrollment Form is amended from time to time by an Authorized Representative.
Master User means the person designated in this Agreement in Section 4 who will be responsible for establishing and maintaining Authorized Users in the System on behalf of the Grantee.
Master User means and shall refer to an Authorized Person as listed on the Tennessee Valley Federal Credit Union’s Business Membership Agreement or Business Resolution, who is also a documented entity owner, officer, partner, member, manager, director, or legal representative acting on behalf of the business.
