Investment Related Property definition

Investment Related Property means: (i) all “investment property” (as such term is defined in Article 9 of the UCC) and (ii) all of the following (regardless of whether classified as investment property under the UCC): all Pledged Equity Interests, Pledged Debt, the Investment Accounts and certificates of deposit.

Investment Related Property means (i) any and all investment property (as that term is defined in the Code), and (ii) any and all of the following (regardless of whether classified as investment property under the Code): all Pledged Interests, Pledged Operating Agreements, and Pledged Partnership Agreements.

Investment Related Property means: (i) all "investment property" (as such term is defined in Article 9 of the UCC) and (ii) all of the following (regardless of whether classified as investment property under the UCC): all Pledged Equity Interests, the Investment Accounts, and certificates of deposit.

Examples of Investment Related Property in a sentence

• In addition, the Collateral Agent shall have the right at any time, without notice to any Grantor, to exchange any certificates or instruments representing any Investment Related Property for certificates or instruments of smaller or larger denominations.

More Definitions of Investment Related Property

Investment Related Property means investment property (as that term is defined in the Code).

Investment Related Property means (i) all Pledged Collateral and (ii) all other Investment Property owned or held by or on behalf of any Grantor.
