Preferred Stocks definition

Preferred Stocks means the shares of the BORROWER in RASA Holding LLC that shall be pledged under the Shares’ Pledge.
Preferred Stocks means, with respect to S&P Ratings Factors, the preferred stock of issuers whose common stock satisfies subsections (b)(i)-(iv) of the definition of S&P Eligible Assets.
Preferred Stocks means shares of stock which provide a [specific] dividend that is paid before any dividends are paid to holders of common stock and additional rights above and beyond those conferred by common stock.
