The Borrower grants to the Bank a security interest in the Deposits, and the Bank is authorized to setoff and apply, all Deposits, Securities and Other Property, and Bank Debt against any and all Liabilities.

BB&T Securities shall have the right in accordance with its general policies regarding margin maintenance requirements, as such may be modified or amended from time to time, to require additional collateral or the liquidation of any Securities and Other Property whenever in its sole discretion BB&T Securities considers it necessary for its protection.
