Notes Collateral definition

Notes Collateral means all property subject, or purported to be subject from time to time, to a Lien under any Security Documents.
Notes Collateral means any and all of the assets and property of any Grantor, whether real, personal or mixed, with respect to which a Lien is granted as security for any Notes Obligations.
Notes Collateral means the portion of the Collateral as to which the Notes and the Guarantees have a first-priority security interest (subject to any Permitted Liens).

More Definitions of Notes Collateral
