Notes Collateral definition

Notes Collateral means any and all of the assets and property of any Grantor, whether real, personal or mixed, with respect to which a Lien is granted as security for any Notes Obligations.
Notes Collateral means the portion of the Collateral as to which the First Lien Notes Secured Parties have a first-priority security interest subject to certain Permitted Liens.
Notes Collateral means the rights, property and assets securing the Notes and the Note Guarantees and any rights, property or assets over which a Security Interest has been granted to secure the Obligations of the Issuer and the Guarantors under the Notes, the Note Guarantees and this Indenture.

More Definitions of Notes Collateral

Notes Collateral means all property subject, or purported to be subject from time to time, to a Lien under any Security Documents.
Notes Collateral means all now owned or hereafter acquired Collateral other than the Revolving Credit Primary Collateral, including, without limitation:

Notes Collateral means “Noteholder First Lien Collateral” as defined in the Intercreditor Agreement.
Notes Collateral means (i) at any time that there is no ABL Facility in place, all Collateral and (ii) at any time that there is an ABL Facility in place subject to the Collateral Trust and Agency Agreement, all Collateral other than ABL Collateral.
