Futures Commission Merchant definition

Futures Commission Merchant means any futures commission merchant, including the Clearing FCM, that solicits or accepts orders for CERFs on the CME for, and accepts payment from or on behalf of, the Investing Pool.
Futures Commission Merchant means a person or company that is registered under the Act as a dealer in the futures commission merchant registration category;
Futures Commission Merchant has the meaning ascribed to such term in Section 1a(20) of the Commodity Exchange Act.

Futures Commission Merchant shall refer to a futures commission merchant, as defined under Section 1a(28) of the CEA, that is registered with the CFTC pursuant to Section 4d of the CEA.
