Secondary Service Area definition

Secondary Service Area means (i) during the 12-month period following the Acquisition Effective Date, that area which extends ten (10) miles beyond the boundary of any Primary Service Area and (ii) during the remaining term of this Agreement, that area which extends five (5) miles beyond the boundary of any Primary Service Area.
