Geographic Region definition

Geographic Region means large areas where similar combinations of climate, geomorphology, and potential natural vegetation occur, established for the purposes of implementing the water protection rules.
Geographic Region means the geographic area in which I, during any time within the last two years of my employment with the Company, provided services or had a material presence or influence.
Geographic Region means (i) any and all counties in any state in which the Company has engaged in any Residential Project in the past or in which it is currently conducting any Residential Project, and (ii) any and all other counties in any state that the Company engages in any Residential Project in the future during the Executive’s employment with the Company.
