Mutual Aid Agreements. Allina agrees to comply with existing mutual aid agreements that the City’s EMS department was a party to.
Mutual Aid Agreements. The Town shall cooperate and participate in the most current Wake County Mutual Aid system plan. The Wake County Emergency Communication Center will automatically dispatch the nearest mutual aid department after failure in three (3) minutes of the initially dispatched department to acknowledge the call. This shall apply to all calls. Wake County will supply the Town with a copy of the officially adopted mutual aid system plan. The agreement can be found as Appendix A of this contract.
