Second Notice definition

Second Notice means notice to the Class in a form to be approved by the Court, which shall substantially be in accordance with the notice at Schedule “E”.
Second Notice has the meaning set forth in Section 3.2(c)(iii) hereof.

More Definitions of Second Notice

Second Notice has the meaning set forth in Section 6.2(ii)(c) hereof.
