Investor Notice definition

Investor Notice means written notice from an Investor notifying the Company and the selling Key Holder that such Investor intends to exercise its Secondary Refusal Right as to a portion of the Transfer Stock with respect to any Proposed Key Holder Transfer.

Investor Notice shall have the meaning set forth in Section 4.2.

Investor Notice means a written notice to the Company in the form set forth herein as Exhibit E attached hereto.

Examples of Investor Notice in a sentence

• In connection with an Investor Notice, the Investor Notice shall serve as the Settlement Document.

Investor Notice means written notice from a Major Investor notifying the Company and a selling Affected Holder that such Major Investor intends to exercise its Secondary Refusal Right as to a portion of the Transfer Stock with respect to any Proposed Transfer.
