Investor Notice means written notice from an Investor notifying the Company and the selling Key Holder that such Investor intends to exercise its Secondary Refusal Right as to a portion of the Transfer Stock with respect to any Proposed Key Holder Transfer.

Examples of Investor Notice in a sentence
To exercise its Secondary Refusal Right, a Major Investor must deliver an Investor Notice to the selling Stockholder and the Company within twenty (20) days after the Company’s deadline for its delivery of the Secondary Notice as provided in the preceding sentence.
To exercise such option, an Exercising Investor must deliver an Undersubscription Notice to the selling Stockholder and the Company within ten (10) days after the expiration of the Investor Notice Period.
