Mediation Notice definition

Mediation Notice is defined in Section 6.2(b).

Examples of Mediation Notice in a sentence

  • Unless otherwise agreed between the Parties, the mediation will start not later than 30 days after the date of the Mediation Notice.

  • To initiate the mediation, a Party must serve notice in writing ("Mediation Notice") requesting mediation.
