Put Option Notice definition

Put Option Notice means a notice which must be delivered to a Paying Agent by any Noteholder wanting to exercise a right to redeem a Note at the option of the Noteholder;
Put Option Notice means a notice, in the form available from the Specified Office of the Paying Agent, or in the case of Registered Notes, the Registrar which must be delivered to the Paying Agent by any Noteholder wanting to exercise a right to redeem a Note at the option of the Noteholder;
Put Option Notice means a notice which must be delivered to a Paying Agent by any Holder wanting to exercise a right to redeem an Instrument at the option of the Holder;

  • If the Investor Put is specified in the relevant Final Terms as being applicable, the Issuer shall, at the option of the holder of any Note redeem such Note on the Optional Redemption Date (Put) specified in the relevant Put Option Notice at the relevant Optional Redemption Amount (Put) together with interest (if any) accrued to such date.

  • The Principal Paying Agent shall make available to Noteholders during the period specified in Condition 10(f) (Redemption at the option of Noteholders) for the deposit of Put Option Notices forms of Put Option Notice upon request during usual business hours at its Specified Office.

  • Upon receipt by the Principal Paying Agent of a duly completed Put Option Notice and, in the case of a Put Option Notice relating to Definitive Notes, such Definitive Notes in accordance with Condition 10(f) (Redemption at the option of Noteholders), the Principal Paying Agent shall notify the relevant Issuer thereof indicating the certificate or serial numbers (if any) and principal amount of the Notes in respect of which the Put Option is exercised.

  • In order to exercise the option contained in this Condition 9(g), the holder of a Note must, not less than 30 nor more than 60 days before the relevant Optional Redemption Date (Put), deposit with any Paying Agent such Note together with all unmatured Coupons relating thereto and a duly completed Put Option Notice in the form obtainable from any Paying Agent.
