After sixty (60) days from date of the First Notice of Deficiency, Client may provide a written Second Notice of Deficiency to Consultant and the PAUSTIF, providing details regarding the ongoing lack of continuous progress.
If Client determines that continuous progress is not being made toward implementing the Scope of Work, Client may provide a written First Notice of Deficiency to Consultant and the PAUSTIF detailing the reasons for this determination.
