Scheduled and Unscheduled Maintenance definition

Scheduled and Unscheduled Maintenance means the Scheduled Maintenance and the Unscheduled Maintenance, as those terms are defined under the O&M agreement entered into by the Producer in relation to the Wind Farm, it being specified that the definition of those terms shall be extended to the electrical infrastructure of the Wind Farm up to the connection to the transport or distribution network. ["SCADA Data" means the Wind Farm’s Supervisory Control and Data Acquisition data. Provision of the SCADA Data to the Buyer to be negotiated between the Parties] "Supply Period" has the meaning ascribed to it in Clause 2.3(a).
