Santa Fe Station Property Related Facilities definition

Santa Fe Station Property Related Facilities means (i) the common areas of the Santa Fe Station Property, as the same may, from time to time, be altered, reconstructed or expanded, which are, from time to time, intended, made available and maintained for the use and enjoyment in common of Manager and occupants of the Santa Fe Station Property; (ii) the parking facilities servicing the Santa Fe Station Property; (iii) those rooms within the Santa Fe Station Property to be used for meetings and conferences; (iv) the receiving facilities for the delivery of laundry and other goods and services; (v) the restaurant facilities located within the Santa Fe Station Property; (vi) any amenities and facilities made available for the use and enjoyment of the occupants of the Santa Fe Station Property; (vii) any land or improvements not within or located upon the Santa Fe Station Land, but which provide shared benefits to the Santa Fe Station Property pursuant to a separate written agreement approved by Owner (such approval not to be unreasonably withheld, conditioned or delayed); (viii) any Santa Fe Station Improvements or other improvements, whether or not located upon the Santa Fe Station Land, which Manager is to manage for the benefit of the Santa Fe Station Property pursuant to a separate written agreement approved by Owner (such approval not to be unreasonably withheld, conditioned or delayed); and (ix) any related land, buildings and improvements which in the future may be owned or leased by Santa Fe Station Owner.

Related to Santa Fe Station Property Related Facilities

  • Related facilities means any ancillary facilities owned by the Company which are —

  • Interconnection Facilities means the Transmission Owner Interconnection Facilities and the Customer Interconnection Facilities.

  • Common Property means any and all real and personal property and easements and other interests therein, together with the facilities and improvements located thereon, now or hereafter owned by the Association for the common use and enjoyment of the Owners.

  • Operating Property means any property owned, leased, or operated by the Party in question or by any of its Subsidiaries or in which such Party or Subsidiary holds a security interest or other interest (including an interest in a fiduciary capacity), and, where required by the context, includes the owner or operator of such property, but only with respect to such property.

  • Production Facilities (7 9) means "production equipment" and specially designed software therefor integrated into installations for "development" or for one or more phases of "production".

  • Project site, where applicable, means the place indicated in bidding documents.

  • Condominium Property means the lands, leaseholds, and personal property that are subjected to condominium ownership, whether or not contiguous, and all improvements thereon and all easements and rights appurtenant thereto intended for use in connection with the condominium.

  • Environmental Infrastructure Facilities means Wastewater Treatment Facilities, Stormwater Management Facilities or Water Supply Facilities (as such terms are defined in the Regulations).

  • Generating Facility means the Generating Unit(s) comprising Seller’s power plant, as more particularly described in Section 1.02 and Exhibit B, including all other materials, equipment, systems, structures, features and improvements necessary to produce electric energy and thermal energy, excluding the Site, land rights and interests in land.

  • Historic building means a building, including its structural components, that is located in this state and that is either individually listed on the national register of historic places under 16 U.S.C. 470a, located in a registered historic district, and certified by the state historic preservation officer as being of historic significance to the district, or is individually listed as an historic landmark designated by a local government certified under 16 U.S.C. 470a(c).

  • Communication Facilities means video, video-conferencing, internet or online conferencing applications, telephone or tele-conferencing and/or any other video-communications, internet or online conferencing application or telecommunications facilities by means of which all Persons participating in a meeting are capable of hearing and being heard by each other;

  • Project Site(s) means the place(s) specified in the SCC for the supply and installation of the System.

  • Cogeneration facility means a power plant in which the heat or steam is also used for industrial or commercial heating or cooling purposes and that meets Federal Energy Regulatory Commission standards for qualifying facilities under the Public Utility Regulatory Policies Act of 1978 (16

  • Gaming Facility means any gaming establishment, facility and other property or assets ancillary or related thereto or used in connection therewith, including, without limitation, any casinos, hotels, resorts, theaters, parking facilities, timeshare operations, retail shops, restaurants, other buildings, land, golf courses and other recreation and entertainment facilities, marinas, vessels and related equipment.

  • Condominium Project Real estate including the separate ownership in fee, or on a satisfactory leasehold estate, of a particular residential unit with an indivisible interest in the real estate designated for common ownership strictly by unit owners.
