Router Support Services definition

Router Support Services means the services to be provided by Telehouse as described in Schedule 4.

  • Managed Router Support Services Customer shall be billed a monthly recurring charge per router as outlined in the applicable Rate Schedule:Customer shall be billed the fee monthly on Customer’s invoice for the data services from PAETEC and shall pay the fee to PAETEC in accordance with the payment terms of the Agreement.

  • Support Services the support services, as described in the Support Services Description, that We provide to You in respect of the Cloud Service.

Software Services exclude any services involving installation of a Product directly on any End User device to permit an End User to interact with the Product.

  • Voice Services means the telecommunications services to be provided to you under Part A and as specified in your Application.

  • Beta Services means Xxxxxx services or functionality that may be made available to Customer to try at its option at no additional charge which is clearly designated as beta, pilot, limited release, developer preview, non-production, evaluation, or by a similar description.

  • Data Services The Customer will receive a discount equal to 25% for the following Data Services: Access: Standard VBS2 Guide local loop charges for DS-1 Access and DS-3 Access Service.

  • Support Service means an activity, such as information technology, accounting, human resources, legal, and other support functions that are required to support the ongoing delivery of core services.

  • Support Services Policy means Elastic’s support services policy for a Product, as further described at a URL referenced in an applicable Addendum.

  • Online Services means Microsoft-hosted services to which Customer subscribes under this Agreement. It does not include software and services provided under separate license terms.
