Resulting Products definition

Resulting Products means all products, services or processes produced using the Project Intellectual Property or that incorporate any of the Project Intellectual Property.

Resulting Products means all products and services developed as a result of this Project, including variants and derivatives thereof.

Resulting Products means digital and other licensed data products that are provided or created by the use of the Products or any combination or part thereof by Municipal Licensee or its Approved Sub-Licensee, but excludes Derivative Products and Bundled Products; “Service Provider” means a supplier, contractor, developer, surveyor, engineer or other Person performing work for the Municipal Licensee or an Approved Sub- Licensee under its Sublicence Agreement, in accordance with section 4.0;

• Each Displaying Entity shall also require each User of the Site to agree to be bound by all of the provisions set out below, prior to permitting such User to access and make use of the Internet Service and view the Products, Derivative Products, Resulting Products and Bundled Products.

• Municipal Licensee shall provide reports and other information with respect to the use and sublicensing of Products, Documentation, Derivative Products, Resulting Products and Bundled Products as may be requested by Licensor, including, without limitation, copies of Sublicence Agreements entered into under this Agreement.

• The entire risk as to the results and performance of the Products and Documentation and any Derivative Products, Bundled Products and Resulting Products is assumed by Municipal Licensee, the Sublicensees and their respective users.
